The Nampally Court has granted bail to blockbuster producer Bandla Ganesh in the cheque bounce case. Its known that hero Sachin Joshi filed case against Bandla alleging that the latter cheated him.Sachiin Joshi's Viking media had sent legal notices to Bandla Ganesh in chequebounce and cheating case.
Fearing the consequences Bandla Ganesh attended the Nampally Court today seeking the bail and court granted the same.Court postponed the next hearing to 14th August and granted him bail after the producer submitted a personal surety bond.
Bandla Ganesh was earlier rumored to have cheated Sachiin by inflating the Nee Jathaga Nenundali movie's budget and showing the theatrical returns as losses.Sachin publicly alleged that Bandla as fraud but the producer has not yet responded on the matter.Looks like, the producer has messed up with the actor big time and we have to wait and see how and where this case goes.
