Court given major relief to T TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, High Court today granted a conditional bail with Rs five lakh surity. Court granted bail to another two persons(Sebasteen and Uday Kumar Simha) who are connection with Cash for vote scam.
The judge granted bail with the condition, that is Revanth reddy should keep stay in Kodangal constituency. Court ordered they have to pay five lakh security before leaving the court and should submit the passports in court.
ACB had arrested Telugu Desam Party (TDP) deputy leader in Telangana assembly Revanth Reddy on May 31 for allegedly attempting to bribe nominated TRS MLA Elvis Stephenson to do favour for the TDP candidate in the Telangana Legislative Council elections.
Revanth is likely to release from Charlapally jail today evening or tomorrow morning.
