Few days before Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu spits fire on the TRS government and said it would be last day of Telangana's TRS government if he was arrested in cash-for-vote case.
M. Phanindra Bhargav, a lawyer, had approached the court seeking direction to police to book a case against the Andhra chief minister and others. After hearing the petition the Ranga Reddy district court on Thursday directed the Hyderabad Police to lodge an FIR against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and five other minsiters.
The court directed the police to lodge the FIR under IPC Sections 124, 124 A, 141,146, 153 A, 181, 504 and 506 read with 120 B.
